Follow

The follow vault

The follow vault design, and why it ships after the oracle has a record.

The vault

  • One vault per follower, holding USDG. Only the follower can deposit, withdraw and change limits.
  • A keeper may call one function: open or close a position in a stock token that matches a leader's forecast recorded in the ForecastOracle.
  • Before any swap the vault checks the limits and values the position at the Chainlink price. Swaps go through a Robinhood Chain pool with a minimum output derived from the feed, so a bad fill reverts.
  • Auto-unfollow reads the leader's scores from the oracle. The keeper never has a path to withdraw.

Liquidity

Most stock tokens have Uniswap v3 pools against USDG. Spreads for $1,000 are often a fraction of a percent; for some tokens they are wider, and depth falls off with size. The Stock tokens page shows bid, ask, premium and a depth ladder per token.

Why later

Pricing, slippage on thin pools, partial fills and keeper failure make this the largest surface in the product. It is designed and written down; it will be built once the oracle has enough scored history to follow.

Note

Every range on this site is a model's estimate, not a trading instruction. A strong record so far says nothing certain about the next call.
